Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.

Represent the Calvin Klein brand and uphold its values and image at all times.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling the needs and preferences of clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, and provide recommendations and styling advice as needed.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Calvin Klein products, including materials, sizing, and style options.

Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling merchandise.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

Continuously stay updated on current fashion trends and styles to provide customers with relevant and accurate information.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Follow store procedures and policies, including but not limited to, inventory management and loss prevention measures.

Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times while adhering to the company’s dress code policy.
