Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to promote our brand and products.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and new product releases to better assist customers and stay competitive in the market.
Ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
Effectively handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following company procedures and guidelines.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both in-store and at external events and promotions.
Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance job performance and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Seasonal Sales Associate At Under Armor Must Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Good Understanding Of Under Armor’s Product Line And Be Able To Educate Customers On Features, Benefits, And Usage.
Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience, Particularly In A Retail Setting, Is Desirable For A Seasonal Sales Associate At Under Armor. This Includes Experience With Upselling And Cross-Selling Techniques.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Under Armor Stores Can Get Busy, Especially During Peak Seasons. Candidates Must Be Able To Handle A High Volume Of Customers And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Seasonal Position, This Role May Require Evening, Weekend, And Holiday Availability. Candidates Must Be Flexible With Their Schedules And Able To Work During Busy Periods.
