Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with product selection.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand information to effectively communicate with customers.
Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate product displays.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies, procedures, and product updates.
Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product suggestions, and sales strategies.

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Seasonal Sales Associate At Under Armor Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities To Provide Top-Notch Customer Service. This Includes A Friendly And Approachable Attitude, Active Listening Skills, And The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints Effectively.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: As A Seasonal Sales Associate, It Is Important To Have A Good Understanding Of Under Armor’s Product Line. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Products, Materials, And Sizes To Help Customers Make Informed Purchasing Decisions.
Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience Is Preferred For A Seasonal Sales Associate Role At Under Armor. This Could Include Experience In Retail, Customer Service, Or Other Sales-Related Fields. Candidates Should Be Comfortable With Promoting And Selling Products To Customers.
Availability And Flexibility: As A Seasonal Sales Associate, Candidates Should Be Available To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Position May Also Require Flexibility To Work In Different Departments Or Store Locations As Needed.
