Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Drive sales by promoting and upselling Under Armour products and services to customers.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Under Armour products, including features, benefits, and usage.
Create a positive shopping experience for customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and increase repeat business.
Stay updated on current trends and product knowledge in the fitness and fashion industry to provide the best recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and targets.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Adhere to work schedule and arrive on time for all shifts.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for customers and employees.
