Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that aligns with the Under Armor brand.
Represent the Under Armor brand and its values to customers, demonstrating a deep knowledge and passion for sports and fitness.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate product information, promotions, and policies to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easy for customers to find.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit card transactions with care and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall performance.
Continuously learn about new products and updates to existing products in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting the Under Armor brand.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, taking initiative to complete tasks and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
