Responsible for receiving and organizing incoming merchandise shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and communicating with management about any discrepancies.
Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
Keep stock room and sales floor clean, organized, and presentable for customers.
Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
Assist customers with locating merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
Follow company safety and security procedures to prevent loss and minimize risk.
Communicate with management regarding any customer feedback or issues.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of company products and brand.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.
