Develop and implement IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Lead and manage all aspects of compliance audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT systems and processes are designed and implemented in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT compliance and communicate any potential impact to the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
Provide guidance and training to IT teams on compliance-related matters to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance processes.
Respond to compliance-related inquiries and incidents promptly and take appropriate actions to address them.
Monitor and report on the status of compliance initiatives and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Participate in risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present compliance reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert on IT compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT compliance processes and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness within the organization.

Extensive Experience In It Compliance And Audit: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements, Industry Standards, And Best Practices Related To It Compliance And Audit.
Strong Knowledge Of Information Security: A Senior It Compliance & Audit Professional At Beckman Coulter Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Information Security Principles, Including Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Projects Related To It Compliance And Audit, As Well As The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members.
Certifications And Qualifications: A Senior It Compliance & Audit Professional At Beckman Coulter Should Have Relevant Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Crisc, As Well As A Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field. Experience With Regulatory Frameworks Such As Hipaa, Gdpr, Or Sox Is Also Preferred.
