Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet PepsiCo’s business needs and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of software projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow in their skills and careers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed to maintain high-quality code.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into PepsiCo’s software development process.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.
Monitor and troubleshoot software systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
Continuously improve and optimize software development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Lead Or Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Software Engineers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
