Create and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance brand presence in retail stores.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked according to company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation and support for merchandising initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional plans and product launches.
Utilize visual merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that highlight the PepsiCo brand and products.
Ensure that all merchandising materials and POS displays are correctly placed and updated in a timely manner.
Train and educate store employees on PepsiCo products and merchandising guidelines.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to merchandising strategies and processes.
Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Travel to various store locations as needed to execute merchandising initiatives.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing merchandising duties.
Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
