• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
• Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and display arrangements.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery and a flair for sales.
• Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-centric approach.
