Provide exceptional patient care to all individuals seeking treatment at Yale New Haven Health System.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, diagnose, and monitor patients’ conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Monitor and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on their health conditions and treatment plans.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
Continuously develop and enhance nursing skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Connecticut.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Acute Care Medicine.
Certification In Telemetry Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 6 Months Of Hire.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In Acute Care Medicine.
