Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer experience and sales team.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
Handle and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and retention.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Prepare and present sales reports and strategies to senior management.
Assist with managing inventory levels and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service And Sales, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Supervising And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers And Colleagues At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Experience.
