Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by assisting them in finding the perfect Calvin Klein products.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, including their features and benefits.
Utilize strong sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns, and address them appropriately.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into sales techniques and product recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and store operations.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
