Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment at the Under Armour store in Anthem.
Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely inventory updates in the system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately and in accordance with company standards.
Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies and work with management to resolve them.
Assist customers with finding and selecting products, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Monitor stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to management to ensure the store is appropriately stocked at all times.
Utilize proper lifting and stocking techniques to ensure the safety of yourself and others while handling merchandise.
Keep track of merchandise delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
Conduct periodic audits of merchandise to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
Report any damaged or defective merchandise to management and follow proper procedures for handling returns.
Maintain knowledge of all products and their features to assist customers with questions or concerns.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in stock management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Experience: A Stock Associate Should Have Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Demonstrate A Basic Understanding Of Inventory Management And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Stock Associate, It Is Important To Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Inventory, Replenish Stock, And Maintain A Clean And Orderly Stockroom.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes Or Merchandise, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Stand For Long Periods Of Time Is Essential.
Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Inventory Management And Restocking. This Will Help Prevent Errors And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Team Player: This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Including Sales Associates And Managers. A Stock Associate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Work Well In A Team Environment.
