Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Under Armor products, features, and benefits to effectively sell and upsell to customers.
Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions to effectively communicate to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is meeting sales and customer service goals.
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes.
Participate in product training and stay knowledgeable about new products and technologies.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.

Job Qualifications
