Oversee and lead the maintenance and engineering functions across multiple facilities.
Develop and implement maintenance and engineering strategies to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Manage and optimize maintenance and engineering budgets, including identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance and engineering professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety within the department.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and new technologies.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance and engineering practices, and incorporate them into the department’s strategies and processes.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the department’s performance and progress towards goals.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
